Eligibility and Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on the h5rajabaji platform. If these requirements are not met, h5rajabaji reserves the right to cancel any account.

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Users must provide accurate and truthful information — registration with false or incorrect information is prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be valid and belong to the user.
• No user may manage an account on behalf of another person.
• h5rajabaji may request valid identification, proof of date of birth, or other documents for identity verification (KYC) as needed.

Registration Process

At the time of registration, users must create a strong password and are solely responsible for keeping it confidential. h5rajabaji will never ask for your full password over the phone or via chat. If you believe someone has gained access to your account credentials, change your password immediately and notify the support team.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

• The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳200.

Account Suspension and Closure

h5rajabaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Closed by the User

Any user may close their account at will. To do so, contact our support team via live chat or email. Before closing the account, make sure all active bets have been settled and any withdrawable balance has been withdrawn.

Inactive Account Policy

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months or more, the account will be considered inactive. h5rajabaji will separately notify users of the policy regarding balances in inactive accounts. For any questions, please contact the support team.
